Message for Patients

Many of you may have noticed that our telephones are very busy. Due to the pandemic, we are no longer handling patient queries in person over the front desk so patients are now calling us instead. We are also receiving a large amount of calls relating to flu vaccination requests. Due to this we are currently experiencing a significant increase in telephone calls to the practice and we are trying out very best to answer these as quickly as we can. We are currently in the process of expanding our team and have implemented new technology to enable on line consultations, both of which should improve telephone access. If you have a non-urgent query or would like a consultation with a clinician which can wait 2 working days for a response, please use our on line service. This will enable better access for patients that require an urgent response or do not have access to the internet.
